Leave it to our State Department to endorse and adopt a handbook on Islam produced in Canada that the RCMP rejected because it described jihad as a noble concept and encouraged Muslim citizens not to talk to the police. Let me guess... it described jihad as a noble concept, utilizing the definition of jihad used by Muslim scholars who do not support armed conflict, but a kind of inner struggle, etc? And then taking that out of context, your bloggersource makes it sounds like the authors love ISIS or something? Isn't hyperbole wonderful?
