Our Friends in Saudi Arabia Rounding Up Christians

Saudi Arabia, a country on which we depend for much of our oil, also sends much of that oil money back to the US in the form of radical imams who preach the strict form of Wahhabi Islam in US mosques and Middle East studies departments that are hotbeds of anti-Israeli activism on college campuses. Yet this country, which we call our ally, not only provides financial support to terrorist groups, but also refuses to allow any public worship of other religions. Bibles are illegal and there are no churches. Thus, this latest bit of news should not be surprising.

I believe the deal President Roosevelt cut with the Saudis was, they keep us supplied with oil, and we will take no notice of how they run their country. Ready to buy a Nissan leaf? (The electricity to run it costs two cents a mile, which is five times better than my Kia Rio gets on gasoline).
