Here is a "legal" justification of the horrific beheading of James Foley (and others) by a Muslim cleric-based on religious grounds. (It's called getting it from the horse's mouth.)

Does this sound like a religion of peace to you? President Obama said after the execution of James Foley that what happened to Foley had no basis in any religion. This Muslim cleric disagrees.
I think I will take the word of Hussein bin Mahmoud. It seems the more prudent thing to do.

I bet you also take the word of the elders of Elohim City as to what the Constitution of the United States really means.
And the Amish cleric who was sending goon squads to invade the homes of disobedient co-religionists... you take his word for what it means to be Amish, right?
