Amid all the talk about fighting disease, hunger, poverty, and corruption in Africa, the President said nothing about what is driving virtually every war in Africa-Islamic militancy-that is Islamists trying to impose Islam and Sharia law upon non-Muslims through terror and war. The President did not address that in his prepared remarks. And only one question was directed to that-by David Ohito of the Standard. The President danced around it without ever mentioning the "I" word. He didn't even mention Boko Haram or Al Shabaab.
Pretty sad. And where is our media? Is that the best they can do?
