As ISIS is committing all kinds of horrors in Iraq and Syria and its supporters march through the streets of the Hague screaming, "Gas the Jews", the cowardly mayor of the Dutch capital, Josias Van AArtsen, bans any demonstrations against ISIS.

This is why the Netherlands is one of the most screwed up countries in Europe (Geert Wilders excepted). How much longer is the world going to show this kind of cowardice in the face of sheer evil? Things are not much better here in the US, where our president issued a statement that we are not at war with ISIS. Today's press conference in Martha's Vineyard raised more questions than it answered as to what we are doing in Iraq or will do in the future. It seems that many political leaders are waiting for this to simply go away. It will not. On the contrary, what it is going to do is come back to the West in the form of those ISIS fighters with Western passports.
At least President Obama has not issued a ban on anti-ISIS protests in the US-yet. But this guy in the Hague. You talk about cowardice.

That's called a heckler's veto. The ACLU affirmed that in defending the right of paper Nazis to march in Skokie, Illinois. Too bad there isn't an ACLU in Belgium and Holland.
Apparently not. Reports from people who live there confirm that he's banned ALL protest marches, to cool things down, not just one or another point of view. Most residents are pleased.
