August 2 Protest in Los Angeles: More Videos

As the days go by, more videos of the August 2 protest in Los Angeles against Israel are hitting YouTube. I have picked out a few taken by other sources for comment.

Below you can see what happens to a man who carried a poster that insulted the Prophet Mohammad. I was videotaping much of it myself, but at a certain point went to the street corner to try and get the attention of the police because it looked like a scuffle was going to break out. The man was encircled by several pro-Palestinian protesters screaming in his face. While I was gone, his sign was ripped away from him as can be seen in the below two videos. The first is by The Corsair, which I believe is the newspaper of Santa Monica Community College. The young man in the grey t-shirt who identifiers himself as a Christian in conversing with the man in question, was later seen and heard by me on the opposite side of Wilshire Blvd chanting to the pro-Israelis, "Long live Hamas, long Live Jihad, long live Hezbollah". I did not capture that on videotape, however though several other witnesses can testify to the fact..

Below, another cameraman captured this guy waving the flag of Hamas, which is a terrorist organization. I took a photo of it myself and asked the guy what the inscription meant. "There is but one God, Allah, and Mohammad is his messenger" was his answer.

Below is an interesting clip from Russia's English-language outlet, Russia Today. Note not only is the clip one-sided, but what happened to all the chants, confrontations and the mayhem?

It's the Tyranny of Clichés" Absolutely no logic, history, facts, or anything else beside slogans that sound good on the surfaces repeated over and over with more ferver.

It reminds me of a voodoo service I saw in Haiti once. It built up and got so intense that some passed out after a while. I made it.
