So You Want to Be a TV News Anchor?

If you are like me, you probably watch those big TV news anchors like Brian Williams reading the news off some screen in front of him that we can't see, and you figure you could do that job, right? Let me give you some reinforcement. Here below is an example of a news broadcast in Lithuania. (Be patient. It takes a while to load.)

Kinda makes our anchors look good, don't it?

If you are interested, send in your resume to Lithuanian National TV. You must be able to read the newspapers and speak Lithuanian. (And the latter ain't easy.)
