Now that ISIS has driven the last Christians out of Mosul, they have moved on to their next order of business. Girls and women between the ages of 11 and 46 are now being ordered to report for circumcision.

This calls for an international volunteer women's military force, call it the Elizabeth Gurly Flynn brigade, which would parachute (after training) into land on the outskirts of Mosul, with weapon cache's dropped to arm the women of the region. Picture the impact if every time an ISIS squad comes to a residence to examine the female occupants' credentials, they are gunned down at the front door, and appropriate quotations from the Qu'ran pinned to their corpses.
(Female circumcision isn't any part of Islamic law, and not a traditional Arabic custom either. It is mostly an east African custom, which to some extent spread to north Africa. A good PR campaign could nail these guys as apostates.)
