Good News: Israel Rejects Kerry Cease Fire

John Kerry is truly one of the most dangerous men in the world at this critical juncture in history. Here he is in Cairo, Paris, or wherever he is off to next trying desperately to save Hamas from destruction at the hands of Israel by proposing a seven-day cease fire "for humanitarian reasons" and so the parties can start negotiations.

Excuse me? Has John Kerry ever bothered to read the Hamas Charter? Of course not. The charter is steeped in religious dogma and explicitly rejects any negotiation. Hamas is a terror organization and wants only the destruction of Israel and the deaths of all Jews therein. There is nothing to negotiate other than to give Hamas respite from the pounding Israel is inflicting upon them. We didn't have a 7-day cease fire after we invaded Normandy as I recall.

Those tunnels must be destroyed and the rockets flying into Israel must be stopped. Unless Hamas is destroyed, any cease fire or truce merely kicks the can down the road until the next time we go through this exercise.

The Israeli Security Cabinet made the correct decision in rejecting the proposal of this naive fool.

Yep, all you have to do is have a cease-fire and then see who violates it first, Hamas/Palestinians or Israel.
Happens every time I know of.

And sadly, it also tells us something about what our country has become/is becoming when idiots like Kerry can actually be a U.S. senator AND a Presidential candidate AND a Secretary of State.

I am verging on coming to the conclusion that Israel is holding off on taking care of Iran because it either does not know how the Obama administration will react or, worse, that it has determined that it might actually side with Iran against Israel. Could happen with this bunch.
