Federal Judge Orders IRS to Explain Missing E-Mails

There are two significant developments in the on-going IRS scandal. In the first link below, it is disclosed that Lois (the 5th) Lerner had sent an e-mail cautioning her colleagues about what they could say regarding the harassing ( my word) of Tea Party tax exempt applicants.

Now a federal judge has ordered the IRS to explain about those missing Lerner e-mails-under oath.
