White House: It Was Hagel Who Made the Call to Make the Bergdahl Deal

It may have been President Obama who thought he was doing the curtain call with the parents of Bowe Bergdahl in the White House Rose Garden, but now that public opinion is against the deal, guess who is now taking the BLAME from the White House.
