Above is a wanted poster appearing n a billboard in Arizona for the capture of Rafael Caro Quintero, wanted for the abduction, torture and murder of DEA agent Enrique Camarena in Mexico in 1985. The three photos represent Caro Quintero in 1985 and in stages of his life. He was released from Mexican custody last year on a suspicious court ruling, which was later overturned. He is currently a fugitive from both Mexico and the US.
