In the recent defeat of the Boycott, Divest and Sanctions resolution at the University of Washington, it originally appeared that Seattle Hillel had stepped up to the plate and done the right thing in joining with others to fight the measure. That came as a pleasant surprise to me having been accustomed to the Orange County chapter at UC Irvine. Unfortunately, the Seattle chapter turned out not ot be as praiseworthy as I originally thought. The Mike Report has a troubling report on the two-sided nature of Seattle Hillel and others.
