St Louis Archbishop "Unaware" It Was Illegal for a Priest to Have Sex With a Child

"I don't recall."

So testified St Louis Diocese Archbishop Robert Carlson in a deposition recently in a hearing involving child sexual abuse allegations dating back to 1984 when he was assigned to Minneapolis-St Paul.

In addition, it was reported today on the John and Ken radio show in Los Angeles (KFI 640 am) that Carlson had discussed the statute of limitations regarding the St Paul case in question in the referenced letter to Archbishop John Roach.

Carlson was obviously coached by an attorney to keep repeating, "I don't remember". In other words, he doesn't remember when he learned that it was illegal for a priest/adult to have sex with a minor.

But he knows now.

Outlaw Sharia Law in America NOW!!!

A little off-topic, but I'll drink to that.

It was meant as sarcasm.

Hint: its not the Muslims who are disregarding American Law, but the Christians/Catholics who have no respect for American laws and the Constitution.

Outlaw Christianity and the Bible, and you will save America's children.

Sharia has no legal standing in America. What do you mean by "outlaw." Do you want to be assured that it has not standing in our courts? It doesn't. Do you want everybody in America to be subject to arrest for reciting whatever they think Sharia Law is? You can't do that, we have a First Amendment. They can SAY whatever they want. Do you want to outlaw honor killing of wives and daughters? Its already illegal in every state in the union, and also on federal property. Its called first degree intentional homicide in Wisconsin. Most states use similar terminology. Next bright idea. (You can drink to that, Gary.)
