In addition, Obama plans to visit the Inland Empire to help out some local political hack who is running for office.

Yes. For all you UC Santa Cruz Community Studies and History of Consciousness majors, the Inland Empire is where Riverside and San Bernadino are located.
That means a huge sig-alert for those traveling in I- 91 from Orange County to Riverside.

Now Gary, you wouldn't want President Obama to make TWO SEPARATE TRIPS to California, with all the expense that entails for Air Force 1 and Secret Service details, when he could cut costs and save the taxpayers money by doing it all in one trip? You wouldn't want him to do that, would you?
