She knows that Obama, Holder, and the Dems in Congress all have her back
While IRS Commissioner John Koskinen was assuring lawmakers that his agency was cooperating, the IRS knew for months that thousands of e-mails involving Lois Lerner were missing.
It is truly time for a special prosecutor.

Yet, as long as Eric Holder is the attorney general and the Democrats control the White House and the Senate, don't expect a special prosecutor to be named. The sad fact is that it doesn't matter how corrupt our government is as long as the corrupt party is in control.

Did the computers of all of the recipients of all of Lerner's e-mails also "crash"?? Not hardly.
While I understand that some of those have been retrieved from addressees, many more are out there somewhere. How much of a job could it possibly be to require employees, wherever they work, to furnish pertinent/appropriate e-mails to some central point.
Some of the missing ones are no doubt significant, I would not expect much of anything from the ones which have been/are being disclosed.
