At least in Vancouver, anyway. The Vancouver school board, apparently with much time on their hands, has invented new pronouns to use when referring to gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender, transsexual, questioning, and one I never heard of- two spirit.

“We’re standing up for kids and making our schools safer and more inclusive,” board member Mike Lombardi said in an interview just before the policy was voted in.
No word as yet from Quebec on what the French translations of xe, xem and xyr will be. (Remember, everything has to be bi-lingual.)

Every gay,lesbian, bisexual, transgender,is either a man or a woman. If it were not so, the terms would have no meaning at all.
