A suspected ringleader of the 2012 Benghazi attack has been captured in Libya by US Special Forces and the FBI. He is now being held outside Libya and will be transported to the US to stand trial.

Congratulations to all involved. This is certainly good news. Too bad they won't just turn him over to a military tribunal. Now after a short period of questioning him about any imminent threats, he will be Mirandized, clam up, get a lawyer, and who knows? Maybe Obama will swap him in some deal.
