In typical Democrat fashion, the VA has found an appropriate scapegoat to fall on his sword and resign amid the mounting scandals and evidence of lack of management within the Veterans Administration. Never mind that he was retiring anyway this year.
Well, at least they didn't blame it on a rogue veteran in Phoenix.
