Remember that hash tag number Michelle Obama did on Twitter about "Bring Back Our Girls" in the wake of Boko Haram's latest outrage in kidnapping 300 Nigerian schoolgirls?
It was all for show. This is the same administration that saw its first secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, refuse to designate Boko Haram as a terrorist organization. Now it is revealed that the Obama administration withdrew military aid to Nigeria (or at least threatened to do so through the US ambassador) in 2013 after charges of a massacre in fighting Boko Haram.

I am starting to wonder if Boko Haram has been Nigeria's version of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, at least when it comes to US support.
