Rising Anti-Semitism in Turkey

Hat tip Algemeiner

In certain quarters of Turkey, the tragic coal mine disaster that has killed hundreds is being blamed on-you guessed it- Jews. And not from some fringe quarter. This comes from a pro-government daily.

In case you missed it, when President Erdogan visited the scene of the mine disaster and was met by demonstrators, he actually struck one of them calling him a "spawn of Israel".

Truly sad what is happening in Turkey.

Nobody seems to be buying it. Erdogan has been backed into a corner, he is desperate for a scapegoat, and its pathetically obvious to the population of his country.
