The below article in Daily Caller removes any doubt whatsoever that liberal economic guru Paul "The Worm" Krugman is an idiot. This guy holds up the Veterans Administration as a model of how health care should be meted out in America. And "meted out" is the appropriate phrase.

Hmmm! Ov er 7 VA hospitals had long waiting lists and one revealed 40 deaths from such secret and poisonous policy. Krugman has to realize that the secret waiting lists = "Death Panels", as Vets are put on the lists by VA Administrators.
There must be another Select Committee to investigate these death panels. If the results turn out to be truth in this matter, murder must be considered.

I think what he said is that the VA is a model for what we'd get if Paul Ryan had his way... it is DOING what Republicans advocate for the rest of the health care system, and look what the results are.
(You wouldn't have wanted to consider that though, would you Gary. Naahhhh, better to say he's holding up the VA as a model for how health care ought to be delivered).
