In case you didn't know, John Kerry is sleeping tonight in some place called Juba. That's in South Sudan, for all you UC Santa Cruz Community Studies and History of Consciousness majors. Fresh off failures in Ukraine, Israel, Syria and Iran, Kerry is trying to bring peace to this forlorn piece of real estate by threatening-what else-sanctions.
