Here is another thing to consider: What we are experiencing in the US is the result of a general mental health problem. What we see happening in Europe is the result of Jew-hatred.
I don't know if you are capable of comprehending that or not.
Most forms of targeted hatred of a despised out-group are merely a cover for a general mental health problem.
I still have a cartoon on my refrigerator of two old ladies clutching their purses saying "I get nervous when I'm being followed by middle class suburban white boys." It was published, of course, shortly after the Columbine killings.
Please put your Islamist ideology into your pocket and look at the facts surrounding the shooting. Yes the young man was wealthy, White Christian and "Crazy". You got these right. As Gary stated, it is a "general" mental health problem. The Sheriff's in Santa Barbara visited this man's home and determined that he was OK. He was not OK, but the Deputies are not sophisticated in mental health to realize that he had mental health issues. The Shooter had Autism Spectrum Disorder of a milder variety, so he had extremely difficult times making social connections. This lack of ability to connect, made him furious with his life. So, the "Liberals" need to pay attention to the mental health issues of shooters, training law enforcement staff and not which they avoid real issues. Law enforcement staff must become more sophisticated with mental health disorders and behavior that can cause targeted shootings.
I would agree that "liberals" need to recognize that there are SOME people whose mental health makes it prudent and constitutionally acceptable to put them in a controlled living situation, rather than "mainstreaming" them in "the community."
It is also true that circa 1970, a fair number of people with mild cognitive disabilities who could perfectly well decided what to have for dinner, and cook it themselves, were being confined in infuriatingly regimented conditions.
We need to be precise about the difference.
But consider (turning sardonic) what a pity it is that the poor man hadn't found God. If he had, it might have calmed him down... or it might have given all the more righteous certainty to his rage... funny how that can cut either way.

Mr Gary Fouse.
Can you now see why we "Liberals" are more concerned about Crazy, Wealthy, White Christian Kids in America than Muslim "youths" in Europe?
Mr Anonymous,
No. I am concerned about both?
Heard the news out of Belgium?
