Hat tip American Thinker
I guess President Obama's threat of further sanctions has scared Russian into making a deal with the US and EU. ( I think that meant that Jay Carney was going to pull down those old Soviet posters from the wall of his home.) Here are the earth-shaking details.

Nothing about giving the Crimea back to Ukraine. Nothing about Russian troops being pulled back from the border. Just that all sides will "refrain from further violence". That means the Russians can still accuse Ukraine of attacking Russian-speakers in Eastern Ukraine and use that as a pretext for invading. I wonder if there is anything in the deal that addresses this: Jews in the Eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk being ordered by pro-Russian forces to register.

Meanwhile, we are sending clothing for Ukrainian troops.

Typically, we exchange loosening of sanctions in exchange for promises.
The promise to remove WMD from Syria is still yet to be fulfilled.
Somehow, this administration thinks words are actions. The world's tyrants take actions and say whatever is convenient at the moment.
Miggie,
I just added a link. Jews in Donetsck (E Ukrainine are being ordered to register.)

Like my mother said in 1990... take the lid off Romania, and what pops out? The Iron Guard. Putin isn't a communist, he's a Russian nationalist. And we all know who wrote the original draft of the Protocols.
Also, we all know that communism was a Jewish project...
Gary, you did notice that your source for this is announcment of a White House denunciation, right? Its not exactly sending in the marines, but its not a mark against the Obama administration either. If there were no words, Miggie would be denouncing that the administration hadn't even taken note of the situation.
