Well put, Mike.
Not only does it produce useless information, it is an enormous waste of money.
Once the government took over student loans, the universities raised their enrollment fees because they knew someone else would be paying for it. They now have these ridiculous studies, outrageous salaries to administrators and professors.
Free enterprise works better in practically every circumstance.
