No, it's not 1940; it's 2014, and the situation is getting so bad not only French Jews are unsafe on the streets, all other native French as well run the risk of being attacked by Muslim immigrants, especially in Muslim neighborhoods. CBN has a report which is cross-posted in Atlas Shrugs.
