Washington has rejected an urgent request from the military government of Egypt to deliver Apache helicopters for use in fighting terrorists in the Sinai peninsula. The delivery had been blocked due to Washington's opposition to the overthrow of the Muslim Brotherhood government of Mohammed Morsi.

One official said the embassy cable reported that the Egyptians do not understand why the Obama administration, by blocking delivery of the Apaches, appears to be supporting the ousted Morsi regime.

The Obama Administration admires the Muslim Brotherhood, as they have placed many MB types in our U.S. government, some of which are high security jobs. Obama supported the Christian killer, Morsi and will not provide help to those Egyptians who want a secular government. So, what will the current Egyptian government do, they are working with the Russians for support and arms. This will be another win for Putin! Think how much more damage we will face for the next 3 years.
