Elijah Cummings (D-MD) is the ranking Democrat on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. As such, he is arguably the biggest stonewaller in any efforts to get to the bottom of this administration's skulduggery beginning with Operation Fast and Furious and leading right up to the IRS scandal. In this report, a citizen directly accuses Cummings of trying to intimidate her and her organization.

Elijah Cummings obviously doesn't want to waste taxpayers money pursuing vicious partisan boondoggles.
You are wrong Jenkins! What he doesn't want is for it to be revealed that he was involved deeply in the IRS scandal in an effort to silence conservatives. He needs to be removed from office as soon as possible and brought up on charges!
