It was a terrorist attack.
Newly declassified transcripts of testimony by General Carter Ham before Congress reveal that he was notified within 15 minutes of the Benghazi attack at the Pentagon. He then walked down the hall and reported the news to the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, General Martin Dempsey and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta just before they proceeded to the White House and informed President Obama.

And yet, the White House, Susan Rice, and Hillary Clinton perpetuated the line that it was a protest over a video that had gotten out of hand.
And yet, the New York Times came out with a "report" recently that insisted that lie was, in fact, the real story.

Gary, you may have a valid point about Susan Rice, but after claiming you READ the NY Times article, after looking at both the paragraphs I've quoted AND those you have quote verbatim, to repeat that the NY Times article denies that there was a terrorist attack is, on your part, a lie, pure and simple. Or, to put it more charitably, your head is buried in the sand under the slogan "My mind's made up, don't confuse me with the facts."
The sad thing is, if you were more open to having your knee-jerk assumptions modified by relevant data, YOU could be using the New York Times article to highlight that Susan Rice's grasp on the situation was questionable at best, and probably also misleading.
Very poor showing.
