To me, the whole things seems pretty laughable. Dreamers' rights and all that.
If this is what we can expect from Napolitano's tenure as UC President, it should be a memorable one indeed. Imagine having to jump from secret meeting site to secret meeting site every time she steps foot on one of the campuses she is governing.
