What a spectacle. The top law enforcement official in the land, Attorney General Eric Holder, making an appeal to a federal judge to overturn a Congressional contempt citation for his refusal to hand over documents related to the Fast and Furious scandal. He won't turn over the documents because they will surely incriminate him and God only knows who above him.

Shades of Yogi Berra?? Maybe it really ain't over till it's over.
He has changed the biblical admonition in Deuteronomy, "Justice, justice, Yee shall peruse" to "dodge and weave and cover your tracks."
And this is the top law enforcement officer in the country!
What a fiasco this administration has been.
