University of Georgia Professor Goes After Conservatives
Hat tip Campus Reform and John Speedie for audio
“One thing we’ve learning in our democracy is that we can’t negotiate with terrorists,” she added.
University of Georgia professor Amy Rosemond, who teaches in the ECOLOGY Department........
Ahem. As I was saying, Professor Rosemond led a protest outside the office of a local Georgia Republican politician against the "tyranny" of Tea Party conservatives.

Of course, Professor Rosemond has forgotten that you cannot engage in tyranny unless you run something. Last time I looked the Republicans aren't running much of anything in Washington.

University of Georgia bulldogs in action
Now I ask you: Where in the world can you find such idiocy?

It does seem like a waste of time. But if the Republicans weren't running ANYTHING, they couldn't have shut down the government for 16 days. They control one half of one third of the United States government, and that gives a minority of the House which is a majority of the majority party the power to shut everything down, just like the old story about which part of the body gets to be the boss.
