I am cross-posting the below article by the Norwegian blogger known as Fjordman. It concerns the epidemic of rape in Sweden. If you think that there is something going on with Swedish men that they are turning out new generations of Viking plunderers, think again. They are not the problem though their seeming complacency is a problem. Fjordman's own country of Norway has a similar problem.
In case you don't know, Fjordman is not some beer-swilling soccer hooligan, immigrant-hating type. He is well educated and was studying Arabic in Egypt at the time of 9-11. He became disgusted with the celebrations of many Egyptians and left. As he began to write against the problems he saw with Islamic immigration into Norway and Europe, he became a target for assassination, as well as censure by his own government as well. Though his name has been publicly outed, I will continue to refer to him as Fjordman.

As I have previously said, it is unfortunate that countries like Norway and Sweden have looked the wrong way in choosing immigrants. Plenty of great immigrants can be found around the world including from non-white countries. It is not about skin color or nationality. It is about character and the belief system you bring with you that counts.

This article is a rambling opinionated rant, long on "it can be assumed" and short on data to sustain the headline "Rape Epidemic."
I don't doubt that rapes are occuring, nor that middle eastern immigrants are heavily involved. But the linked essay is not casting much light to dispel darkness.

This is what's wrong with the entire mindset. Miggie thinks European women are the property of European men, who must protect THEIR women from FOREIGN men.
At least Gary also spares some sympathy for Arab women molested by Arab men.
There is a culture clash here, and its common to almost any immigrant situation. Read what Americans thought of German, Irish, East European, and Jewish men at various times. Think of all the white American macho males who said any girl wearing a miniskirt is asking for it.
So, sure, some firm enforcement is in order. If Hamid was interviewed, presumably police have his identity. Along with firm enforcement, should come extending help to Arab women, so this "Swedish girl gets a lot of help" is not seen as exclusive.
Nothing acculturates over-sexed males like seeing "their" women offered protection from... them.
