The death toll is over 500 now in Egypt, but that includes at least 43 police and security personnel, as well as bodies discovered of those killed by the Muslim Brotherhood protesters before the raids even started. Raymond Ibrahim in Frontpage Magazine has a report that you won't hear on CNN, NBC or NPR.

That puts the action of the Egyptian government in a little more context, does it not? It is pretty obvious that those protesters killed did not die like lambs waiting for the slaughter. They managed to kill at least 43 of the cops.
And it would be disingenuous to say that the government is waging war against its own people since approximately 30 million of them took to the streets in support of the military takeover from Mohammed Morsi. It would be nice if Obama or someone in the administration also condemned the attacks against Coptic Christians and their churches by MB followers as they wring their hands over the government's actions. They won't. The fact is that the Obama administration favors the Muslim Brotherhood and Mohammed Morsi.
Whatever transpires in Egypt in the coming days and weeks will not be pretty. The best we can do is stay out of it since both sides are angry at us anyway. It's a no-win situation for us in that part of the world.

So how does it follow that President Obama is at fault for not doing more?
