Wonder why Lois Lerner took the 5th when she was called before Congress to testify about the IRS scandal? Here's a clue. Speaking at Duke University in 2010, she explains how "everybody" was screaming to the IRS to do something about those groups trying to pour money into elections via 501c4 groups as a result of the Supreme Court decision on Citizens United, which President Obama singled out for criticism during a State of the Union. It seems Lerner found something she could do. Identify the conservative groups and keep them tied up in a never-never land of scrutiny and red tape while liberal groups sailed through. And it worked because everyone conceded that the Democats had the better organization on the ground. No wonder.
Are you starting to get the picture now why the IRS acting Commissioner made over a 100 visits to the White House? And why IRS hqs was sending directives out to field offices like Cincinnati? And why the IRS legal counsel-appointed by Obama- was sending directives out to the field on how to handle these 501c4 requests?

As I have revealed before, the POTUS said, after the 2012 election: "Punish the enemy and reward those who support our beliefs". So, Lerner does not get fired and gets a promotion, just like ex ambassador Rice. Remember a man called Hicks, who told the truth about Benghazi, he got demoted for telling the truth.
