As they say, nothing good comes from that area around the Pakistan-Afghanistan border area.

"The blast killed nine bystanders, and wounded another 24 people including a policeman." The article also says most of the nine were children.
We also tend to disregard the 24 "wounded" which usually means they lose a limb or an eye or are disfigured or disabled the rest of their lives.

I suppose they considered themselves "oppressed" in Afghanistan or offended because their targets weren't Muslim, or their sect of Islam, or perhaps just from another tribe. That is sufficient justification for bloody attack. And it happens every single day in the Islamic world!
This truly is a war against civilization.
