Maybe Col. Mike Mulligan is looking for a Federal judge appointment when he retires from the Armed Forces. After all, Obama rewards the Federal employes that go along with the ideology and punishes those ho do not. Hillary's demoting Mr. Hicks for telling the truth about Benghazi is only one example of many.
