Remember that new last year that DHS was buying up millions of rounds of ammo (or was it billions?) and nobody had an explanation? Maybe we now can find out. Seems the official in DHS tasked with the purchasing is preparing for his own little war.

The DHS made a requisition of 1.3 BILLION bullets. The DHS could not explain why they needed so many rounds of ammo. The Congress told "Big Sis" that she was not going to get the rounds and refused to fund her folly.
Is it true that Big Sis will purchase 10 billion rounds of ammo for the U of C, to protect the MSA from the "oppressive" community that questions their speakers, and content of the feckless rhetoric?
OK, so much for the Big Sis fantasy.
