CBS Covers for Obama

"Where in the Hell is Davy?"
"He's in the cellar playing cards. He needs to clear his mind to make the big decision."
"Oh, OK."

Hat tip Breitbart and John Speedie for audio

This week, a former Obama aide revealed that while the bin Laden raid was unfolding, President Obama broke away from the Situation Room to play cards. That raised a few eyebrows.

But never fear, Mr President. You have the media on your side as always. In this case, it was Norah O'Donnell and Charlie Rose of CBS who came riding to the President's rescue.

Of course, Norah has shown her bias in the past, like when she was in the White House press corps and asked the hapless Jay Carney about what "her side was getting out of the debt agreement".

Gary,

Please; "At this time, what difference does it make."
After all, John Kerry goes kite-boarding as Egypt experiences over 1000 died in an undeclared civil war angainst islamization. Or, the NSA has been outed with over 2000 lawless intrusions into American privacy and Benghazi survivors are hidden from American eyes because after all it is a phony scandal. There is a lot more, but who will factually report on the deception and dishonesty of the POTUS and his puppets.

Squid,

That's why we have a blogosphere, thank God.

Come off it Gary. You've NEVER been in a high tension situation where you knew there was nothing further you could do, an hours to wait until you would be called upon to act? And you NEVER played cards to pass the time during such a period? DEA? Yeah, right.

The last time I played cards was in high school when I was playing 5-card draw nothing wild and got a royal flush on the deal. I won 45 cents cents.

True story. I have done it all.

OK, you're not a card player. How about your fellow agents who are?

We didn't have time for cards.
