Today, over 50 have been killed in a battle between the Egyptian military and pro-Morsi demonstrators in front of military hqs in Cairo. Below is the Fox News report followed by the article by the Muslim Brotherhood's Ikhwan Web. Fox'e article reflects the conflicting reports, while Ikhwan Web lays blame squarely on the shoulders of the military.

Of course, according to Ikhwan Web, the pro-Morsi crowd consisted of "peaceful" demonstrators who had gone to Republican Guard hqs to pray.

Just for the record, the White House has now condemned what it calls the explicit calls to violence by the Muslim Brotherhood.
