You may not be aware, but the Dept. of Agriculture is one of the biggest departments in the US Government-if not the biggest. They don't grow one single potato, but they have way too much power and need to be cut down to size.

Campus Reform is reporting that this department has awarded $19.5 million to the University of Wisconsin and Oklahoma State University to study the effects of climate change on cows!!!

And here are the results!

They should be studying the effect of cows on climate change. A lot of methane comes out the rear end. In India, they collect it in conical barn roofs, purify it, and use it as fuel. That's better than taking MORE fuel out of the ground to burn.

While they are at it, I believe they should double this amount and re-open the study on bovine flatulence.

Dang, maybe I could have a cow or two to give me some milk and also have a pipe running from them to a whole-house generator. Maybe also
have them on a treadmill??

Only cost would be a little feed and an occasional vet bill, and when they got old and had served their purpose, I could show my appreciation by knocking them in the head, grinding them up for hamburgers, and getting some new young ones.
