Can anybody in Washington tell the truth when testifying? Apparently not. Here is yet another troubling scandal brewing in the State Department. It seems Hillary Clinton certainly left her footprints in Foggy Bottom.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton has skated merrily off into the sunset and is beginning to lay the groundwork for her inevitable campaign to run for president in 2016-using her "experience" as secretary of state to bolster her qualifications. I can't recall any previous secretary of state who has presided over so many scandals.
