Women in Gaza and Gays in Israel

With hate Israel week coming up May 6-9 at UC Irvine, expect to hear a lot of talk about that
beknighted and noble land called Gaza (which is run by Hamas). What you won't hear is how women in Gaza are faring these days as Hamas implements more restrictions on their dress. The below article is cross-posted from Arab Lesbians Against Hate, a site I highly recommend.

What is really laughable is that while the folks in Gaza are living under increasing Islamic rule over their everyday behavior, women in Israel enjoy equal rights as do gays. Yet, the Palestinian propaganda machine has come up with a campaign against "pink-washing", which states that Israel is using unfair advantage of its tolerance toward gays as opposed to how their neighbors treat them (death). Just recently, the academic geniuses at CUNY (City College of New York) held a pink-washing conference, and all the left-wing gay activists joined in to condemn Israel for being tolerant to gays while her enemies persecute and execute them.
