Former Colorado University Professor Ward Churchill lost his final round against CU when the Supreme Court rejected his appeal against his firing without comment.

This pretty much leaves buffoon Churchill with no options except the hate-America, hate-Israel lecture circuit on university campuses. Either that or maybe he can become a professional wrestler. In fact, he and that other academic joke, Norman Finkelstein, could do a tag team match.
