In March the Islamic organization, Hizb-ut-Tahrir held a conference in the Netherlands. The title was , "It is Time for the Caliphate". This organization, which is world-wide, clearly expresses the goal of a world-wide Islamic calphate under sharia law.

There's also a chapter of the Flat Earth Society, a remnant of the American Nazi Party, and I think the Liberty League and the John Birch Society are still hanging out in the shadows somewhere.
Who care that this handful of stooges declares "It's time for the Caliphate"? I have news for them. There is no living heir qualified to be Caliph. Go make a nostalgiac movie, if you can stomach the fact that Jews held honored places in the Abassid court.
When the caliphate manages a Beer Hall Putsch, it will be time to take them seriously. That would be ten years before the Reichstag Fire. Plenty of time to crush them -- time that was not well used when it came to Hitler.
There are hundreds of claimants to the mantle of dictatorship, most of whom live out their lives in bitter, laughable, obscurity. Those that show some real potential... should be taken a bit more seriously.
But only the communists took Hitler seriously, and nobody listened to them.
They have. 9-11, Arab Spring, the attacks in Mumbai, London madrid, much more successful than the beer hall putsch in my view.

You've been pushing the paranoia that Muslim jihadis are going to pull off a takeover of democratic republics from the inside and install a Caliphate as the Law of the Land.
That's different from engaging in terrorist attacks from the outside.
The rough analogy to what you are talking about would have been if Hitler had based himself in Austria and launched suicide squads to blow up the Reichstag himself as a symbol of liberal Weimar decadence.
Or, trained suicide squads in a basement in Munich and sent them to blow up monuments in Paris as revenge for the Treaty of Versailles and to encourage the French to vacate the Ruhr.
Either would have been a problem, but not a threat that would bring him to command of a powerful Werhmacht. In fact, it might have gotten him hunted down by an elite commando squad, which would have been all to the good.

The above is what is called civilization jihad. It is a long term move that involves changing demographics, immigration, dawa (outreach) and conversion-not to mention lawfare. An example is CAIR. They know they will never live to see the day, but see it as their mission to advance the cause. That is opposed to the al qaeda type of jihad. The cross-over is when the former groups support (financially or otherwise) the latter groups like Hamas and Hizbollah. I suggest you check out the Holy Land Foundation trial. As for your Hitler analogies, at least mine make sense.
