Yahoo News, of all sources, is headlining a professor from good ol' Florida Atlantic University after a bizarre statement that the Boston bombing looked to him like some dress rehearsal gone bad.

From the article, I am not sure from which direction James Tracy is approaching this story, but I do question whether this kind of instruction is what parents are paying to send their kids to college for.
