That's the implication here from Kerry Picket of Breitbart.com. (On the one-year anniversary of Andrew Breitbart's passing, I have linked Breitbart.com on this site.) Pickett points out a one-page letter the President sent out in January.

Having been a federal law enforcement agent, I read this with interest because I enjoyed civil service protection while in government. Keep in mind that we already have seen ATF whistle blowers and the problems they have experienced. In the wake of the DHS release of some 2,000 illegal aliens, there are questions over the sudden retirement of a top DHS official and whether he is leaving in protest over the action. Generally speaking, I have to believe that there are many many federal law enforcement officials, diplomats, and intelligence officials in our government who are disgusted by what they are seeing done and have a lot of inside information.

You have to be sure nobody wanders off the reservation. The bastards could start blabbing about Bengahzi and who knows what else in this "transparent" administration.
