The University of California at San Francisco is a medical university. Thus, they have avoided much of the craziness swirling around other UC campus-until now. Now they have engaged in a government-funded study to show that the Tea Party is tied to tobacco interests.

Let us say it is true. So what? Is there a violation of law here?
So goes the demonization of the Tea Party as their opposites in the Occupy movements have left a trail of violence, blood and strewn garbage over the landscape. Just this week, the official Facebook page of Occupy LA posted a tribute to Chris Dorner!!
Maybe the University of San Francisco and somebody in our government would like to do a study of that.

I think it might be more relevant to study the connection between the destructive meteorite that hit Siberia and The Onion's article "Republicans in Congress Vote to Repeal Obama-Backed Bill to Stop Asteroid that Would Destroy Earth."

If you can tell me how many violent incidents have happened at a tea party event, how many arrests have been made,how many terroristic acts have been carried out, then we can have a discussion. Just to make it fair, I'll let you include the number of times, they have ended an event without picking up their trash.
Then we will compare those numbers with similar incidents at Occupy events.
