The news of the hunt for a fired LAPD cop who killed two people in Irvine this week has made the national news. Today, Chris Dorner (33) shot three cops in Riverside and neighboring Corona. One Riverside police officer is dead. Dorner's burned out truck was found in Big Bear this morning, and a search for him is underway as a snowstorm and cold temperatures close in on the mountain resort area.

The first two killings occurred just down the street from UC Irvine in a parking garage of an apartment complex used by UCI students including many of our foreign students studying English. Needless to say, it has unsettled many of them. Hopefully, this hunt will end very soon.
By the way; it appears our suspect, according to his manifesto, is a big time lefty and loves Obama, MSNBC, Hillary, and the whole gang. That's not getting too much play in the MSM. Can you imagine if he were a conservative and listened to Fox News? There would be seminars in all the universities exploring the connection between Hannity, talk radio and violence.
